In-office policy: 3 - 5 days per week, depending on the time of year
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £24,500 - £27,500 depending on experience , plus up to 15% annual performance bonus

Reporting to: Events Team Manager
We’re looking for an Operations Assistant to join our growing Events team at a leading UK ski travel business. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional in early-stage events to advance their career in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
You will be mentored and work closely alongside the existing events team, reporting into our Events Team Manager, and assist with the curation, planning, sales, and delivery of group holiday events and nightlife programmes across multiple brands.
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, tech-savvy, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
This role will focus on system administration, supplier communications and collaboration with the groups department to produce and deliver our events programme. You’ll also be mentored and work collaboratively with the existing events team, giving you hands-on training and exposure to the full events planning and delivery cycle.
Working hours
Your main contracted hours will be 37.5 hours per week, based in our South Manchester office. Working hours may vary depending on the company's requirements, such as working abroad as part of the delivery team.
