Job summary

LPMA is seeking an experienced Events and Marketing Manager to own the strategy, planning, delivery and evaluation of a varied programme of high-quality events, aligning activities with business development priorities and client relationships.

The role focuses on leading client marketing and event campaigns within a professional services environment, with an emphasis on delivering both physical and online events and managing stakeholders to enhance the chambers' reputation.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in strategic events and client marketing within professional services, legal, membership or another relevant B2B environment.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, high-profile physical and online events and related campaigns.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the confidence to manage multiple moving parts and uncertainties accurately.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence.

You will take ownership of the strategy, planning, delivery and evaluation of a varied programme of high-quality events, ensuring each activity supports business development priorities, strengthens client relationships and enhances the chambers' reputation.

This role would suit someone from a barristers' chambers, legal, professional services, membership or other B2B environment. Direct legal-sector experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
