Prestige Recruitment has an exciting new opportunity for an Events and Marketing Executive to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will work in our city centre head office, leveraging their expertise to enhance our company's visibility. This role offers creative freedom to manage all social media, networking, and marketing platforms, working closely with the team to maximize engagement and brand awareness.

This position reports directly to the directors and requires effective communication with the full recruitment team. It encompasses all aspects of marketing including social media, digital marketing, physical marketing, networking, editorials, and day-to-day tasks assigned to the marketing desk. The ideal candidate will be proactive and capable of managing all facets of the role.

Responsibilities:

1. Planning and executing all social media activities.
2. Tracking and optimizing digital marketing efforts using analytics and insights.
3. Posting content and campaigns across social channels, maintaining brand consistency.
4. Creating engaging content ideas and materials.
5. Growing social channels, fostering conversations, and building an engaged community.
6. Developing email marketing campaigns that achieve high open and click-through rates.
7. Leading the organization of marketing materials for the company.
8. Managing in-house systems and programs used in marketing activities.
9. Conceptualizing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
10. Assisting in creating and managing community events.
11. Contributing to photography and videography efforts.

Ideal Candidate:

• Ambitious, hardworking self-starter motivated to be part of a local business.
• Experience in social media and marketing management.
• Strong understanding of social media and marketing KPIs.
• Proficient in copywriting with the ability to produce original, well-researched content.
• Creative and innovative in daily work and content delivery.
• Excellent knowledge of marketing and copywriting best practices.
• Knowledge of the recruitment industry is advantageous.
