RGS Worcester Family of Schools seeks an Events & Hirings Manager to oversee the smooth operation of school facilities for events. The RGS Worcester Family of Schools invites applications for the post of Events & Hirings Manager. The role involves managing and preparing facilities across the Family of Schools to meet the needs of the School, including the rental of school facilities by third parties.
This position requires a customer-facing, proactive approach to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Schools for both internal and external events, facility hire, and daily school events operational requirements.
The Events & Hirings Manager will work closely with the Head of Estates and Support managers to deliver efficient, cost-effective solutions while upholding the highest standards of service in a safe and secure manner.
