Job description

Bristol Grammar School is looking to appoint a part-time, permanent Events and Engagement Executive to start September 2025.

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Events Executive to lead in delivering high-quality admissions and marketing events for prospective and current parents. This role will shape events throughout the customer journey and key points in the admissions cycle to showcase the school and celebrate our community.

This fast-paced role offers a supportive and collaborative environment. You will partner with Admissions Officers, the Marketing and Communications team, and the wider school community to plan, promote, and deliver successful events. It is an excellent opportunity for someone with established events experience to transition into the education sector within a school with big ambitions.
