Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Events and Engagement Co-ordinator to join the Smith School of Enterprise and the Environment (SSEE). This is a key role at the heart of a dynamic, fast-paced team working to deliver a wide range of academic, executive, and high-profile events that connect research, enterprise, and environmental sustainability.

Based in the School of Geography and the Environment, you will lead the coordination and delivery of seminars, workshops, and flagship events such as the World Forum on Enterprise and the Environment. You’ll liaise with academics, senior stakeholders, and external partners to ensure events are delivered smoothly, while also supporting communications and post-event follow-up.

We’re looking for someone with a strong background in event management, excellent communication and organisational skills, and the confidence to work with diverse audiences – from students to global leaders. A flexible approach and a keen eye for detail are essential. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a central role in shaping events that inspire change, within a collaborative team at one of the world’s leading universities.

This post is fixed-term for 1 year and offered on a part-time basis (60% - 80% FTE).
