Role Overview:
The Talent Set is partnering with Tommys, the UK's leading pregnancy charity, to recruit an Events and Corporate Stewardship Manager. This pivotal role within Tommys' fundraising team involves leading the Corporate Challenge event, stewarding high-value corporate relationships, and supporting marketing activities. It combines relationship management, project delivery, and event coordination to support Tommys' mission to make pregnancy safer for all. If you are an organized, confident communicator and relationship-builder, this is a fantastic opportunity to work on a meaningful project.

Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Challenge & Stakeholder Stewardship
  • Manage Tommys' annual Corporate Challenge event, engaging high-profile supporters.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Provide regular stewardship and supporter care.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align activities with fundraising and communications strategies.
Event Delivery & Project Management
  • Oversee event logistics, timelines, suppliers, risk assessments, and budgets.
  • Manage Event Assistants and volunteers.
  • Ensure a safe and engaging event experience.
  • Track performance and contribute to post-event analysis.
Marketing & Communications (Supporting)
  • Assist with marketing content and planning.
  • Create stewardship materials and updates.
  • Coordinate with communications teams for brand consistency.
Person Specification:
  • Experience managing stakeholder relationships, especially with corporate partners.
  • Proven event planning and delivery skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle administrative tasks and multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Experience in the not-for-profit or fundraising sector.
