Events and Communications Manager

Job Details:
- Lead external corporate events to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
- Manage event logistics, including venue bookings, marketing materials, and budgets.
- Organize internal engagement events and oversee event teams.
- Develop and implement communication and marketing strategies for events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Manage sponsorship opportunities and promotional activities.
- Evaluate event performance and gather feedback for improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute monthly events and internal engagement activities.
- Coordinate logistics and manage budgets.
- Serve as main contact for event inquiries.
- Support event delivery and team coordination.
- Develop communication strategies for events and projects.
- Manage promotional activities, including email campaigns and social media.
- Develop sponsorship packages and secure sponsors.
- Ensure internal and external messaging alignment.
- Use tools like Zoom Webinar, Salesforce, and Canva as needed.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in event management and communications.
- Strong logistical and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in B2B marketing and team management.
- Proficiency with Zoom Webinar, Salesforce, Canva, and agency experience.
