London Bridge – Hours 08:00-17:00

Hybrid working (1-2 days at home weekly)

We are working on behalf of our client – a leading building services contractor delivering high‑profile residential and commercial projects across London to recruit a creative and proactive Events & Brand Coordinator.

In this exciting role, you'll bring the company's unique brand to life through well‑planned events, thoughtful client hospitality, and engaging communication. You'll take ownership of both internal and external events, ensuring consistency, professionalism, and impact across all activities.

Working closely with colleagues across the business, you'll also provide some professional PA support to two members of the Senior Leadership Team, helping to ensure smooth coordination and communication.

About You

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, creative, and proactive – someone who enjoys planning, problem‑solving, and creating memorable experiences that reflect the company's culture and values. We are looking for candidates who have demonstrable experience in coordinating and managing end‑to‑end events and some previous marketing or branding experience which includes using communication tools (e.g. Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress, and social media platforms).

You'll be joining a truly collaborative and people‑focused organisation that prides itself on doing things the right way – reflecting a genuine commitment to developing, supporting, and empowering its team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver internal and external events, including company meetings, celebrations, away days, and client hospitality.
  • Manage end‑to‑end logistics such as venues, travel, budgets, and supplier coordination.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all events and materials reflect company values and identity.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to create engaging content for social media and internal communications.
  • Provide PA support to two Directors, including diary management and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain consistency across branded materials, presentations, and communications.
  • Track event expenditure and manage supplier relationships.

Salary will be dependent upon experience.
