We are currently recruiting a bright junior professional to join a dynamic financial services company as an Events and Administration Assistant.This Events and Administration Assistant role offers flexible hybrid working (excluding days when events are held) and is based in the City of London.

  • Salary:£28,000 – £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Key responsibilities for this Events and Administration Assistant position:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering over 50 industry-leading events annually as the Events and Administration Assistant
  • Manage logistics and communications with speakers, sponsors, partners, and venues to ensure seamless execution
  • Provide cross-departmental administrative support to editorial, commercial, and events teams as an integral Events and Administration Assistant
  • Support client onboarding and post-campaign analytics within the commercial team
  • Maintain internal systems and CRM databases to improve accuracy, compliance, and data quality
  • Promote events through marketing channels including email, social media, and direct outreach
  • Contribute to the evolution of event formats and product offerings as a proactive Events and Administration Assistant
  • Represent the company as a professional point of contact for clients, speakers, and key stakeholders
