Job Description:

Hybrid working - 2 days office (London or Birmingham) 3 days home - A unique opportunity to work for this corporate client and help shape and deliver their varied and engaging events.

THE COMPANY

Focusing on one of the largest infrastructure projects in the UK, their events team is committed to protecting and building their reputation with key audiences and promoting the programme through a range of events.

THE ROLE

Due to project development, they are now looking for an experienced Event Manager to deliver a broad range of events. Responsibilities include:

• End-to-end management of corporate events, conferences, and experiential activations
• Managing the company's presence at trade shows and exhibitions
• Supporting the production of creative content
• Internal and external stakeholder management
• Supplier and venue liaison and management
• Budget management and reconciliation

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate should have experience in an event agency, managing and delivering a broad range of events with full logistics management. Experience with consumer activations or experiential events is desirable but not essential. Stakeholder management, solid budget, and supplier management skills are key.
