Our very interesting membership client in Lutterworth is seeking a experienced Administrator to process the admin for their busy event schedule.
Main duties :
- General admin tasks such as invoicing, delegate maintenance (joining instructions, running orders)
- Support with the Events Supervisor the day to day running of the event (on line and in person)
- Update all events on Sharepoint
- Update their CRM system
- Delete out of date recordings in their video library
Person Spec :
- Events organising experience – or relevant transferable skills
- Managing multiple parallel projects
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent IT skills - All Microsoft Applications
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible, proactive approach
