Job summary

OCS Group in Ipswich is seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our busy venue team. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in all areas, including public spaces, and you will use the Timegate app to clock in and out on site.

The role involves standing for periods, performing routine cleaning tasks, and providing friendly assistance to guests. Training will be provided, and a strong eye for detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have Right to Work in the UK.
• Smartphone required to use Timegate app to clock in/out onsite.
• Cleaning background advantageous but full training provided.
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness.

Responsibilities

• Keep all event areas clean and litter-free at all times.
• Tidy work areas, clean floors and communal areas.
• Perform vacuuming, sweeping, mopping and emptying bins as required.
• Assist customers in open spaces when needed and answer cleaning-related queries.
• Complete Health & Safety records and attend training when required.
