Job summary

  • Provide daily reports and updates to the Lead Technician or Venue Lead.
  • Contribute to safe and high-quality operations throughout the event.

Overview

Role: Event Technician- Power Generation/Mechanical

Role Type: Contract/Freelance

Location: International (event-based)

Assignment Length: Typically, 8–24 weeks. Start dates will vary dependant on event and venue

Travel: International travel required

Passport: Must be valid with at least 6 months remaining

As part of the venue delivery team, you’ll help deploy and maintain our generator and fuel cell fleet on-site. You’ll:

  • Install, commission and decommission generators
  • Work with synchronisation, load on demand, and cold standby operations
  • Interpret venue-specific schematics for accurate installations
  • Support on-site fault finding and performance testing
  • Collaborate with logistics, electrical and UPS teams
  • Provide daily reports and updates to the Lead Technician or Venue Lead
  • Contribute to safe and high-quality operations throughout the event
Qualifications

You’ll have the following skills and experience
