We currently have an opportunity with a number of vacancies for Teams Leaders to support our F1 contract on a full-time, permanent basis at our Warrington site.

  • Transporting high-spec cargo, following legal, compliance, and Brexit perimeters.
  • Preparing and loading equipment, delivering, setting up at the event, and breaking down, then transporting equipment to the next location.
  • Maintaining attention to detail throughout the event, ensuring the appearance and condition of all equipment.
  • Shadowing the Event Manager regarding budget management, raising POs, and ensuring all customer work has POs before starting.
  • Building, maintaining, and cleaning manual technical trailers and PODs, ensuring operational readiness on time.
  • Supporting the Event Manager in resource planning.
  • Ensuring all trucks have the necessary equipment, fuel cards, toll boxes, and applicable taxes for border crossings.
  • Assisting in accident investigations and follow-up.
  • Ensuring all vehicles operate at a Formula 1 presentation standard during the race season.
  • Supporting legal documentation checks for trucks/trailers, including driving permissions, certificates, insurance, V5, EU license, tachograph calibration, and other compliance certificates.
  • Understanding exit & entry declarations and GVMS route logs.
  • Assisting with WTD logbooks during events to ensure hours are logged correctly.
  • Overseeing driver hours to ensure sufficient hours for tasks.
  • Assisting with paddock and build/de-build planning for each event.
  • Committing to the full F1 calendar, working away from home from 1st May to mid-September, including event weekends and off-season prep.
  • Outside the F1 season, participating in Class 1 tramping and general haulage duties, including deliveries, collections, manual handling, and trunking tasks.
  • Supporting customer requirements for non-European events as needed.
