Events Specialist

12-Month Contract | Hybrid (London or Reading, 3 Days Onsite) | Travel Required

Are you an experienced Events professional with a passion for delivering impactful in-person and virtual events? This is an exciting opportunity to join a globally recognised organisation known for its industry-leading products and dynamic company culture.

As part of the Field Enablement Team, you will manage end-to-end event logistics for sales, technical, and partner teams across EMEA. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities while ensuring seamless execution of live and virtual events.

What You’ll Do:
  1. End-to-End Event Management – Oversee logistics, venue bookings, catering, A/V setup, and materials.
  2. Stakeholder Engagement – Work closely with regional teams and leaders to plan and execute events.
  3. Vendor & Budget Management – Handle contracts, negotiations, and financial tracking.
  4. Onsite & Virtual Support – Be the go-to person for smooth event execution, including travel as required.
  5. Strategic Reporting – Track event performance, analyse trends, and maintain planning calendars.
What You Bring:
  1. 5–7 years’ experience in event coordination or project management.
  2. Strong organisational skills – ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  3. Excellent communication & stakeholder management – adaptable to different audiences.
  4. Tech-savvy – Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint in particular).
  5. Agility & problem-solving mindset – thrives in a fast-changing environment.
  6. Willingness to travel to support events across EMEA.
