Position: Events Specialist x5Location: Huntingdon
Hourly rate: £16.00 + Overtime (Basic rate)
Shift patterns: Weekdays and weekends - Flexible working hours (standard 8-10 hours per day)
Contract Type: Zero Hour Contract / Flexible working contract

Please note: DHL events typically commence between June-September/October. The events plan will be discussed at interview stage, however, this would typically be seasonal work with no guarantee of weekly events outside of the months listed (could move to monthly events - One event per month)

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• To provide and facilitate automotive events for the purpose of representing Inside Track and it's customers
• The Event Specialists are responsible for transporting equipment from event to event. A vehicle will be provided
• To provide on-site event support to the event team, clients & Inside Track demo team
• Responsible for the correct construction of equipment on stand, facilitating client needs, keeping stands and vehicle clean and presentable and being a front facing person to the public gathering leads and presenting vehicles to the public
• Be able to work as part of a wider team, be outgoing and confident in answering questions around products and proactive in gathering leads for client products
• To effectively follow outlined Risk Assessments and Safe Systems of Work to ensure you are operating safely

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Previous events experience would be advantagous, but not essential
• Must hold a full, valid driving license - C1 license (to drive 7.5 Tonne vehicles would be desirable)
• Strong Customer Service/Sales experience as you will be engaging with the public
• Able to work on your own initiative and be self sufficient
• Able to travel UK wide and comply with overnight stays
• Able to comply with flexible working hours (Standard working week: 3/4 days per week)
