We are currently looking for a passionate Event Services and Bar Manager to join our Banqueting and Operations Team on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other. As an Event Services and Bar Manager, your main duties will include:

• Oversee all beverage-related operations within event and banqueting spaces, ensuring luxury service standards.
• Manage and supervise event bar setups, stock levels, equipment, and cleanliness according to SOPs.
• Maintain and be responsible for beverage inventory.
• Ensure all team members deliver high-quality service aligned with The Landmark London’s LQA standards.
• Liaise with clients and planners to customize bar offerings, signature cocktails, and wine selections.
• Manage beverage cost control, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Conduct stocktakes and replenish inventory as needed.

You will work 40 hours per week on a shift rota.
