Qualifications

• Hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor licence.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Security Officer in the UK.
• Minimum 2 years in a Supervisory/Leadership role, preferably in events.
• Level 3 Spectator Safety qualification.
• Checkable 5-year work/study history.
• Ability to use incident reporting software and apps.
• Team player with a positive, energetic approach.
• Willingness to travel across South Wales including Cardiff, Swansea and Newport.

Responsibilities

• Work with operations to deliver excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with event organisers and venue management.
• Lead on-site team to meet company standards.
• Follow instructions from the on-site manager.
• Brief security staff on roles, responsibilities and emergency procedures.
