About The Role

Schedule: Various shift patterns available.

Hourly Rate: £13.10 - £14.68* (*inclusive of holiday pay).

Position Details

We are seeking new Event Security Officers to uphold our values and ensure safety at Headingley Stadium's Cricket Ground and other events nationwide.

Requirements: SIA Door Supervision Licence is essential.

Main Duties

• Controlling access points and patrolling the site perimeter.
• Ingress control including ticket validation, searches, crowd control, and managing guest behavior.
• Crowd management, including directing foot traffic, escorting guests, maintaining order, and apprehending suspects.
• Providing friendly customer service and support.
• Monitoring and reporting suspicious behavior.
• Managing egress and recording incidents.
• Protecting assets and preventing losses.

About You

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold an SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
• Be passionate about keeping people safe.
• Understand security risks at events and venues.
• Be friendly with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Enjoy training and professional development.

You will need to obtain your Level 2 Spectator Safety certificate if not already held, which FGH Security provides free of charge. You will also undergo security screening per BS7858:2019 standards.
