We're looking for an Event Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and play a key role in growing our client base, driving revenue, and delivering outstanding service experiences.

As an Event Sales Executive, you'll be the face of our brand-building relationships with local communities, corporate clients, and customers to showcase everything our venue has to offer. Whether it's securing new business or strengthening existing partnerships, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Here's some of what you will be doing:
  • Driving sales for x3 centres across Birmingham by creating and implementing robust sales and outreach activity that engage with different groups
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with key stakeholders and partners
  • Proactively source and convert new business opportunities
  • Work closely with the centre operations team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Represent the brand at local events e.g. university open days to build brand presence
  • Provide regular reports and insight to management
  • Data collection and promotional work e.g. leafleting
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly
To be successful, you'll have:
  • Previous sales experience (ideally in the hospitality/leisure industry)
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Professional and confident in approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Full of fresh ideas to drive sales
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities or schedules
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about customer service excellence
  • Willingness to travel locally or regionally as required
  • Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when needed
