As an Account Executive, you will engage with qualified leads to sell the portfolio of Hire Space Services. Your role involves exemplifying excellent sales practices to close deals and maximize revenue from your assigned leads. Post-agreement, your focus shifts to ensuring client retention through exceptional relationship building, fostering growth within Hire Space 360 accounts. Collaboration with our Business Development team is essential to ensure a seamless, coordinated approach.
You will proactively increase your success rate by demonstrating sales best practices, leveraging your industry and product knowledge, and building valuable relationships quickly.
Being naturally curious and proactive, you will pursue every lead, think creatively to meet client needs, and view each interaction as an opportunity to understand your contacts, their companies, and their event booking processes. Using this understanding, you will aim to secure Hire Space 360 agreements, laying the foundation for long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
You will contribute to maintaining a positive culture of excellence and achievement for new Hire Space team members and play a key role in achieving the Client Services team’s mission.
As an ambassador for Hire Space, you will represent the company at industry events and build a network of relationships with venues, suppliers, and clients. You will consistently demonstrate Hire Space values in all interactions.
This role is hybrid/in-person, requiring at least 2 days per week in our London office (Borough High Street). You should be able to visit venues and clients around London and attend company events, managing your own schedule accordingly.
