Join us as a Project Manager working in live events with the best in the Business!

Salary: c£30,000 (depending on experience)

Location: Remote

Full-time, permanent

My client is a leading event experience agency, retained by a world leading major HealthTech brand. My client supports their Global Events Team to deliver amazing content and experiences for their audiences/customers at B2C exhibitions, trade shows and other live events worldwide.

They’re looking for an energetic, creative, proactive Project Manager to join their team. This is an ideal role for someone stepping up from a project coordinator or similar position or already working as a PM, with a passion for creating engaging experiences and content for live events!

What will you do?

  • Lead the planning and delivery of projects.
  • Support with briefing and tracking the output of external agencies, freelancer and suppliers involved in each project.
  • Create briefing and proposal PowerPoint decks that can be shared with suppliers and clients.
  • Confidently lead calls and communicate with all stakeholders.
  • Oversee content and creative production, ensuring high standards and brand consistency across all outputs.
  • Own the project budget: track spend, flag risks, and reconcile costs with accuracy and transparency.
  • Work closely with internal teams and clients to manage expectations and build trusted relationships.

What we are looking for

  • A confident and communicative individual with a passion for live events and experiential marketing.
  • Someone who uses initiative.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Confident in managing suppliers, creatives, and stakeholders independently.
  • Enjoy working collaboratively and on their own.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, with high level of efficiency using PowerPoint and Excel.
  • A bachelor’s degree in events, business, or a related field is preferred.
