THE ROLE

They are seeking an Event Project Manager to deliver pharmaceutical and healthcare events worldwide. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Delivering congresses, advisory boards, and standalone meetings
• Liaising with clients and managing relationships
• Managing project timelines
• Negotiating with and managing suppliers
• Overseeing venue sourcing and delegate management
• Managing budgets
• Leading international onsite teams
• Participating in pitches
