We're looking for an accomplished Event Project Manager to take the reins on high-impact, cross-functional events that shape the narrative of a global brand. This is not your average coordination role — it’s a strategic, hands-on position at the heart of delivering large-scale experiences that resonate worldwide. You’ll join a forward-thinking, high-performing team operating at global scale. Here, your ability to lead with structure and clarity will directly influence how millions experience some of the world’s most recognized digital products. Experience using Workfront is a requirement for this role.

The Offer:

• Competitive salary of £50,000 pa
• Role to begin on an initial 12-month contract
• Hybrid working: 50% onsite at Central London office

What you'll be doing:

• Own the full lifecycle of global events — from concept to closeout — with an eye on excellence, execution, and experience.
• Build and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and workback schedules using Workfront or similar platforms.
• Drive collaboration across creative, content, marketing, design, and logistics teams — ensuring clear communication and alignment at every stage.
• Identify and mitigate risks early, managing interdependencies and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
• Run weekly reporting, monitor performance, and champion process improvements for scale and sustainability.

What we're looking for:

• A seasoned project manager with 5+ years of experience managing complex, multi-workstream initiatives — ideally in events, production, or agency environments.
• Confident and fluent in enterprise-grade project management tools, must have experience using Workfront.
• A pro at navigating matrixed organizations, managing stakeholders, and prioritizing with precision.
• Cool under pressure, relentless on detail, and passionate about orchestrating world-class delivery.
