The Company

This is a mid-size events group combining venue operations, premium catering and an agency arm, all working in close collaboration. The venues division runs a busy programme of corporate and consumer events year-round, with in-house production and catering teams on hand for every event. The Role

As Event Operations Manager within the venue, you will manage a portfolio of more than 80 clients at a large London venue, taking each event from contract through to post-event reporting and working closely with in-house catering and production teams to make it happen.

The Candidate

The right Event Operations Manager will have managed client relationships and coordinated complex events within a sizeable venue. Strong attention to detail in planning and administration, solid knowledge of catering and venue operations, and confident client-facing communication are what this role requires.

A background in venue management and event management at a similar level is the right fit here. Experience across a variety of event formats, whether conferences, experiential or dinners, would be beneficial but is not essential. What matters most is a calm, organised approach and the flexibility this venue based Event Operations Manager role demands.
