Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in live, experiential, or multi-activation campaigns.
• Agency background and ownership of projects from pitch to post-event.
• Highly organized with logistics and stakeholder management skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Job description

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver an exciting and fast-paced sports sponsorship programme for a prestigious automotive client. From live activations at major UK sporting venues to managing big budgets and complex logistics, this is your chance to lead high-impact events seen by thousands.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale roadshows and activations
• Manage significant budgets without compromising quality
• Own onsite delivery: build, crew, client walk-throughs, and live operations
• Liaise with clients, venues, and sports stakeholders nationwide
• Coordinate vehicle movements and manage event inventory
• Tackle challenges quickly and keep everything running smoothly

We’re looking for someone who:

• Brings 5+ years’ experience in live, experiential, or multi-activation campaigns
• Has agency background and is confident owning the project from pitch to post-event reporting
• Is highly organised, with a strong grasp of logistics and stakeholder management
• Has a full UK driving licence and can easily commute to Bordon
• Is open to UK travel (May–September), including some evenings and weekends
• Automotive experience? A bonus – but not essential
