THE ROLE
The company are now looking for an experienced, Project Manager to work on all aspects of events from start to finish, whilst travelling to amazing destinations all around the world.
Duties will include:

• Delivering and planning a broad range of events
• Taking client briefs and logistics into overseas trips
• Sourcing venues
• Creating detailed proposals
• Building strong client relationships
• Liaising and negotiating with suppliers
• Managing delegates
• Travelling internationally to continue event management onsite
• Managing and facilitating virtual events
• Managing and reconciling budgets

THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have experience in the events industry, ideally within an agency setting with a willingness to travel globally. You will have a natural ability to multitask across projects and be comfortable with meeting clients face to face and virtually. Agency Experience is desirable, however not necessary!

The ideal candidate will have experience of managing events, Candidates should have experience of supporting on engaging proposals and managing suppliers as well as an exceptional eye for detail.
The ideal candidate will have strong conference delegate management experience, including comprehensive travel bookings and logistical arrangements, proficiency in using Cvent, and at least three years of hands-on experience in organizing and executing successful events.
