Live Recruitment is seeking an Event Project Executive to support a busy, international programme of live, virtual and hybrid events. You will assist Project Managers, manage delegate communications, travel logistics, and data across the lifecycle of each event.

From an events agency background, you will bring strong Excel skills and the ability to work across multiple projects at pace. The role offers hybrid working with three days in the office in West Sussex and growth towards a Project

Hybrid working: 3 days in office

Live, virtual and hybrid events spanning pharma, tech and exhibitions, a boutique MICE agency with an international footprint, and an Event Project Executive role with full project lifecycle exposure from day one.

The Company

This is a well-established boutique MICE agency based in West Sussex, with a strong reputation across the pharmaceutical, technology and exhibitions sectors. The team delivers live, virtual and hybrid events across the UK and internationally, with in-house logistics and creative capability. It is a busy, close-knit environment where people take on real responsibility and progress.

The Role

The Event Project Executive sits at the operational heart of the agency, supporting Project Managers across a varied international programme that includes corporate conferences, incentive travel, exhibitions and awards events, with around eight international site trips per year as part of the role.

The Candidate

The right Event Project Executive will have come up through an events agency or conference organiser and have genuine, hands‑on exposure to event delivery. Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills are a firm requirement, as is the comfort to work at pace across multiple projects in a busy international environment.
