  • Consult regularly with the Marketing Manager to contribute to stories about events and ensure websites and socials are up to date.
  • Achievement of budgeted targets.
  • Produce accurate and timely reports as required.
  • Be visible within the local industry, launching Fulham Pier as a new space, attending regular networking and engagement events.
  • Achievement of budget/reforecast revenue targets.
  • Generation of a new business pipeline.
  • CRM systems compliance.
  • Personal achievement of KPIs.
  • Support Senior Creative Programmer to compile weekly/monthly reporting on top line sales, pipeline, and sales activity as required.
  • Strategic business plan implemented.

What you bring:

  • Strong track record of building and nurturing relationships with artists, content providers, and collaborators to deliver exceptional programming.
  • Solid understanding of budgeting and financial processes, with a keen eye for managing resources effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of the cultural and entertainment sectors, with a passion for staying ahead of emerging trends.
  • Expertise in marketing strategies and audience development, ensuring broad engagement and brand visibility.
  • A highly creative and forward-thinking mindset, always seeking innovative solutions and fresh ideas.
  • Exceptional team player, with experience collaborating across multiple stakeholders to bring ideas to life.
  • Deeply attuned to the creative sector, with particular expertise in audio, visual, and creative industries.
