• Location: Hybrid London 2-3 days per week

• Contract length: 12 months potential to extend to 2 years or go permanent

We are seeking a detail-oriented, cross-functional Event Program Manager to lead and support the execution of world-class product activations, demos, and experiential events. This role is part of a dynamic team focused on bringing cutting-edge hardware and software to life through immersive storytelling and hands-on engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and scale product demos and consumer-facing experiences
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and engineering teams
• Manage event production logistics including staffing, vendors, and onsite support
• Track success metrics and produce post-event reporting
• Support global programs including activations across EMEA
