Hearst UK is seeking an Event Production Manager (AV & Video) to lead technical production for live and hybrid events. You will manage audiovisual planning, delivery, and social-first video content, ensuring high-quality experiences for in-person and online audiences.
You’ll own The Randolph — Hearst UK's live events hub — overseeing AV infra, freelance networks, and cross-brand collaboration to deliver outstanding productions and strong partner results.

Hearst UK operates an in office policy with flexible Friday's. Our office is based at House of Hearst, 30 Panton Street, St James's, London, SW1Y 4AJ, where teams collaborate in person and connect across brands and functions.
Salary - £40,000-£45,000 - Salary is dependent on experience and will be assessed in line with the candidate's skills, knowledge, and relevant expertise.
As the Event Production Manager (AV & Video), you will lead the technical production behind Hearst UK's live events, ensuring every experience is delivered to the highest standard. Combining technical expertise with creative thinking, you'll oversee everything from audiovisual planning and live event delivery to social-first video capture, creating seamless productions that engage audiences both in the room and online.
You’ll take ownership of The Randolph - House of Hearst's dedicated social and events hub - managing its audiovisual infrastructure and ensuring it remains a best-in-class venue for live events, productions and broadcasts. You’ll lead a trusted network of freelance AV specialists, oversee the delivery of technical production across Hearst's event portfolio, and produce high-quality video content that extends the reach of our events across social channels.
Working closely with editorial, commercial and events teams, you'll help create world-class experiences that showcase our iconic brands and deliver exceptional results for our audiences and partners.
