A dynamic events company in the UK is seeking an Event Producer until October 2025. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional events, managing budgets, and collaborating closely with clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in live events, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive, creative approach. This role includes UK and international travel, with working hours of 37.5 per week and flexibility for live events.
Job Title: Event Producer
Contract: Temporary contract until the end of October 2025 with potential to extend.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility required for live event days.
Salary: £28,000.00 - £35,000.00 per annum, pro – rata, depending on experience.
Place of Work: Offices in Knutsford, Cheshire. Free onsite parking available. Travel within the UK and internationally with overnight stays required as per event schedule.
Summary of the Role: We are looking for an experienced Event Producer on a temporary basis to join our dynamic and growing team until the end of October 2025. Ideally looking for an immediate start with someone who is experienced in delivering high end events.
As a creative thinker, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional private and corporate events, researching venues, 3rd party supplier research and sourcing, create proposals, create and manage budgets, logistics and scheduling and ensuring outstanding customer service.
This is a very varied role where proactivity and creative thinking are essential. As a small business, teamwork and flexibility are essential.
Events may include private parties, weddings, family fun days, conferences, award ceremonies, exhibitions and more and you must have the ability to spin many plates across multiple clients.
Main Responsibilities/Duties:
Support the team during planning execution and onsite support for live events.
Collaborate closely with the team and clients to understand objectives and deliver tailored event solutions.
Source quotes from suppliers, input into budgets, and ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
Source and propose suitable venues in line with client needs.
Research and propose suitable events and exhibitions for client participation, enhancing brand visibility.
Create comprehensive proposals aligned with client strategies, objectives and budgets.
Maintain up-to-date project and event statuses, ensuring effective communication internally and externally.
Support with event registration with GDPR compliance on behalf of clients.
Prepare clear schedules and running orders for team, supplier and client reference.
Perform general office administration tasks as needed.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Minimum 1 years of experience in live events planning, delivery, or management.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong creative thinking skills, offering innovative ideas aligned with client and business goals.
Passionate, enthusiastic, and customer-focused attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability with project management systems.
Excellent understanding of Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication skills and time management abilities.
Flexible approach to work, ensuring projects are profitable and cost-effective.
Valid driver's license.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
Hospitality or sales experience.
Proficiency in Canva for presentations, proposals, PowerPoint and basic design or enthusiasm to learn.
Brief writing for designers and external suppliers.
Experience:
Minimum 1 years within the events industry.
