Job description

Major Players are partnering with an award-winning live event and experience agency, to hire an experienced Senior Event Producer with a strong grip on both production and client account management. You'll lead a variety of briefs; product launches, music festivals, experiential pop-up's, conferences, touring experiences and installations, working across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and the USA, so travel is expected.

Reporting to the Head of Projects, you'll be a self-assured, detail-focused producer who can take full ownership of projects from kick-off through to delivery, with support from a wider team of project managers, producers and designers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead large-scale UK and global events from pitch through to delivery — developing concept sell-in documents, budgets and timings, and presenting to clients.
  • Own production delivery across site and venue planning, installations, staging and event infrastructure.
  • Work closely with the Creative Director on the creative development process, and manage supplier relationships, contractor negotiations and commercial agreements.
  • Mentor junior producers, manage project managers on operational processes (guest flow, accreditation, ingress/egress), and stay calm and adaptable under pressure on-site.
  • Manage production budgets for accuracy and value, feeding into forecasting and billing.
Skills & Experience
  • Significant experience in production/technical production/events, with a strong portfolio to show it.
  • Confident, hands-on, self-motivated, and comfortable working autonomously as well as leading a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisation and time management.
  • CAD/SketchUp experience is a bonus, but not essential.
