Compass Group UK is recruiting a casual Event Porter to work across exclusive venues within our Premier Crew Team. You’ll join a flexible schedule, moving across multiple sites and supporting events from setup to service, ensuring a welcoming experience for guests.

No previous experience is required; we value energy and reliability. You’ll access training via our eLearning app and benefit from weekly pay, flexible hours, and development opportunities across 100 workplaces.

• Provide excellent customer service to all customers.

Key responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service to all of our customers
• Meeting and greeting guests at our exclusive venues
• Providing logistical support across various venues
• Effectively working as part of a team towards common goals
• Providing service in both retail and hospitality sectors
• Assisting with the movement of furniture, kitchen equipment , setting up rooms and various other items needed for an event.
• Ensuring the venue is clean, tidy, and ready for the event to start.
• Providing assistance with various tasks to ensure the event runs smoothly and successfully.
