Overview

We are looking to recruit an exceptional Planner to lead everything F&B. Working closely with our partners the venue and Rhubarb's legendary events team, you'll bring incredible F&B experiences to life. The role will involve client account management, responding to F&B requests, managing bookings, coordinating with the venue, coordinating with Rhubarb, staffing, conducting show arounds, overseeing menu tastings, attending briefings, and being a general ambassador for Rhubarb at Frameless. No two days are the same and with decades of expertise, this is an incredible opportunity for a rising star to make a name for themselves in the world of events at one of London's most iconic venues.

A proven background in Event Planning within Visitor Attractions, Event caterers or hotels is a must.

  • Strong business acumen and a thorough understanding of the London Events market are essential.
  • This is an exciting, dynamic role within a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to multi-task, be resourceful, highly organised and with an attention to detail and quality is essential.
