£38,000 per annum

5 over 7 days (there may be a requirement for evening and weekends depending on the events)

• Reporting to the Senior EP you will be responsible for managing and coordinating a wide variety of events, from corporate gatherings to luxurious events and large-scale celebrations/conferences
• Building strong relationships with clients, ensuring their vision is realised to perfection
• Crafting event proposals, budgets, and detailed schedules
• Collaborating with culinary and operations teams to curate bespoke menus and experiences
• Problem-solving on the fly to ensure events run smoothly
• Representing Levy with professionalism, creativity, and enthusiasm
