Job summary

As an Event Planner, you’re not just driving revenue through proactive selling and strategic sales techniques – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities
  • Support revenue growth: Assist senior management identifying upselling opportunities, and contributing to overall revenue growth through effective sales techniques
  • Build client relationships: Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs, deliver tailored solutions, and encourage repeat business
  • Coordinate show rounds and promotions: Arrange and conduct engaging hotel show rounds, delivering exceptional experiences while supporting promotional initiatives to attract new and returning clients
  • Manage event sales pipeline: Oversee the events calendar to maximise space utilisation, coordinate third-party suppliers, and ensure seamless planning and execution of all events
  • Oversee client handover: Manage all event documentation and administration, ensuring accurate capture of client requirements and a smooth transition from sales to operations
  • Support team and stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Manager and Senior Hotel Management Team to support team objectives, plan key events, and drive overall performance
