Job description

The Role

As Event Operator, it will be your responsibility to support the Event Manager in the lead up to the live event and go out on site, to deliver and act as the main point of contact.

You must have experience working on a live event, ideally within a prestigious venue however this isn't mandatory.

Responsibilities will be broad and include:

-Managing the event administration and operations in the lead up

-Going out on site for the day of the event

-Finalising schedules

-Developing operational efficiencies to ensure quality project output

-Collaborating with internal departments

-Accountable for health & safety implementation

-Working closely with suppliers and stakeholders

-Having the ability to work well under pressure

-Managing multiple tasks simultaneously

-Working with different levels of people from high end clients

The Candidate

Candidates must hold solid, hands on experience in live event delivery, particularly the operations. The events will predominantly be taking place in five star, prestigious venues in London so residing in London is ideal. This role will suit someone who can work well under pressure whilst delivering a top level service.
