About the role:

Our mission is to drive meaningful change, drive innovation, and elevate industries through world-class events. As an Event Operations Manager, you play a critical role in making this happen. Your expertise in planning, real-time problem-solving, and onsite execution ensures every event runs seamlessly.

What can you expect from the day to day?

In this role, you'll lead onsite teams for your allocated eventswith a hands-on, proactive approach—manage logistics, coordinate suppliers, and oversee event operations. Your leadership directly shapes the attendee experience, strengthens sponsor engagement, and upholds our reputation for excellence.

Your ability to deliver flawless events not only enhances our brand but also drives business growth and solidifies our industry leadership

  • Conduct pre and post event debriefs to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Create and communicate staffing schedules and allocations
  • Finalise refreshments and meal requirements
  • Onboard sponsors pre-event to ensure they understand the structure of the days
  • Collect sponsormarketing materials
  • Build relationships with suppliers, including AV, print and venue teams
  • Own and deliver staff training related to onsite delivery
  • Ad hoc duties related to event delivery

Success factors:

  • Experience managing logistics and the on-site delivery of events
  • Strong leadership, ability to confidently direct onsite teams
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
