£33,000 per annum + benefits including healthcare, wellbeing support, life assurance, meals on duty, and more.

We're looking for a dedicated Event Operations Assistant Manager to support first-class match day and event day hospitality as part of our innovative team at Tottenham Hotspur Football Club. This is an opportunity to support internal area operations including club spaces, media and broadcast facilities, and family and friends' spaces. If you have the drive to deliver a first-class guest experience, excellent organisation skills, and previous knowledge from stadia, hotels, restaurants, or conference venues you'll thrive in this hands-on role!

Event Operations Assistant Manager - the role

  • Supporting the delivery and co-ordination of match and event day hospitality, and internal and external conferences and events
  • Championing Health & Safety and ensuring a positive environment for all visitors
  • Inspiring others and sharing knowledge with both the match day and event day teams with the support of ongoing training
  • Reviewing event and service performance to ensure a world-class experience for customers and clients
  • Staying up to date with market trends

  • Previous experience within quality food led service environments
  • The ability to provide a VIP experience for high-profile guests and senior stakeholders
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • A curious, solutions focused, and proactive mindset
  • The ability to work calmly under pressure
  • A background in a multisite outlet, stadium, or event catering environment is a bonus!
