Role: Event Marketing Specialist – replacement contract

Location: Poland (Europe)

In this role you will support the planning, execution and measurement of events in Europe.

Under the guidance of the Field Marketing Director, you will work with our sales team and the Grid Automation marketing community.

Our common goal is to build high impact strategies for 3rd and 1st party events, supporting our 3 R’s: Revenue, Retention and Reputation.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Proactively manage the day-to-day tactics and execution of marketing activities.
  • Build a measurable sales pipeline (leads and opportunities) through tactics, mostly events.
  • Report to internal stakeholders to showcase program performance and adapt strategy for next events.
  • Partner with our regional sales teams and other relevant business experts to define strategic target accounts.
  • Event organization and logistics:Establish and maintain relationships with event organizers, negotiate sponsorship agreements and ensure compliance with the termsProcess and track orders for event materials and services; track expenses and ensure adherence to budget constraintsPlanning and coordinating event logistics for 3rd party and owned events, collaborating with printing agencies, booth builders, suppliers. Ensuring a positive event experience for attendees and stakeholdersCoordinate event activities with the rest of the GA Marcom organization: Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, Content Marketing and Communications.
  • Measure KPIs (i.e.: booth traffic, cost per lead, conversion rates for MQLs and SQLs).
  • Work with stakeholders to have a customer-first mindset and gather “regional intelligence”.

Your background:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Business or a similar area of study.
  • Exceptional project management skills and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and judgment.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Data analytics skills (KPIs/ROI) and experience in managing, tracking, and reporting on budgets.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
  • Preferrable experience in B2B, sales, energy, advertising agency, transportation, heavy industry, or technology sectors.
