I am looking for an Events Marketing Manager to lead the end-to-end marketing strategy for the launch of a new Energy Summit & Exhibition, with a long-standing and renowned events company.

This role will play a crucial part in driving local exhibitor and sponsor participation, as well as delegate and visitor acquisition, through strategic and localised campaigns.

You will take full ownership of campaign development, execution, and post-event analysis. This is a high-impact opportunity for a skilled marketing professional who is confident working across cross-functional teams and international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan & Execute Campaigns: Develop localised, multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with global event goals to drive exhibitor, sponsor, and delegate engagement.
  • Content & Messaging: Create culturally relevant content across digital, print, email, social media, and PR, ensuring consistency and impact.
  • Data & Performance: Use analytics and attendee profiling to optimise targeting, track KPIs, and adjust campaigns in real time.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with sales, content, PR, and data teams to deliver integrated, results-driven campaigns.
  • Media & Communications: Manage press relations, media partnerships, and local messaging to support brand visibility and engagement.
  • Event Marketing Operations: Oversee registration platforms, mobile apps, and informational materials, ensuring a seamless event experience.
  • Post-Event Strategy: Analyse feedback, report on performance, and support early marketing for future editions of the event.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 2 years in mid-level event marketing.
  • Experience in exhibitions, energy, or B2B sectors highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in campaign strategy, direct marketing, SEO, content marketing, and analytics.
  • Comfortable with CRM platforms, mobile apps, and website UX tools.
  • Strong writing and localisation skills, with advanced English proficiency.
