This role operates a hybrid working model that requires some travel to our Coventry head office or various campuses for events. Our working arrangements are a non-contractual benefit, and an Arden work location will be added to employment contracts.

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum

Role overview: The Event Manager will oversee academic persistence initiatives, including new student orientation activities for approximately 10,000 students annually. Responsibilities include planning, executing, and analyzing events, working with leadership, managing budgets, and coordinating with staff, students, and external suppliers to enhance student experience and improve processes.
