A full-service events agency in Bedfordshire is seeking an Event Manager to support project delivery for diverse B2B and B2C events. This role involves working closely with the Events Team on global projects, providing documentation, and maintaining client relationships. The ideal candidate should have over 2 years of direct events management experience and a proactive, organized mindset. Benefits include a company-related bonus and 5 weeks of holiday.

The candidate will ideally be based in Herts, Beds or Bucks.
This individual will be working closely with the Events Team, on a broad portfolio of B2B and B2C projects internationally for global brands and supporting on project delivery. Our portfolio is varied and covers clients within retail, hospitality but mostly pharmaceutical to name a few. Our Teams lead the global delivery which includes internal comms events, exhibitions, product launches, conferences, and congresses for up to 1000 people, and most projects often have a large production element.
We are a full-service events agency, maintaining the client relationship throughout each project, and therefore providing a bespoke service to our healthcare clients. Our Events Team is responsible for project budgets, signing off all supplier contracts, conducting all post event reconciliations as well as leading onsite project delivery logistics and managing onsite delivery teams.
