We are seeking an experienced and highly organised and creative Event Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Chief Amazement Officer, you will play a central role in delivering seamless events, strengthening client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the business.
About the Role:
This role will focus mainly on one of our key clients, with a strong emphasis on delivering their unique hospitality-led, customer experience programme. The position involves periodic weekend travel to support bespoke events taking place across the UK and internationally. Each event will be tailored to a carefully curated guest list, offering highly personalised and unique experiences. As Event Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of each event from initial briefing and concept development through to seamless on-site delivery and comprehensive post-event evaluation. You will act as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring successful delivery against agreed objectives while maintaining strong budget management, operational efficiency, and consistently high service standards. In addition to this core account, the role will also involve supporting a wider portfolio of clients and contributing to the broader event programme. This includes managing additional events as required and undertaking the full range of Event Manager responsibilities, including stakeholder coordination, supplier management, logistics planning, budgeting, and on-site event delivery.
