Job summary

CK Group is looking for a Scientific Bid and Grants Coordinator to support a leading global food brand on a contract basis. This role involves leading project activities, coordinating workshops, and assisting with bid writing. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills and relevant industry experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience in meeting and network event management preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Ability to work both in a team and independently.
  • Preferred experience in IUK grant writing and project management.

Job description

CK Group are recruiting for an Scientific Bid and Grants Coordinator, to join a leading global food brand company, on a contract basis, until the end of the year.


Salary:

£20.94 per hour PAYE.


Scientific Bid and Grants Coordinator Role:

  • Lead & contribute to project activities, such as meetings, preparation of communications i.e. newsletters, surveys, emails and network materials.
  • Co-ordinate & contribute to workshops, events & meetings.
  • Conduct activities to support with building the network community.
  • Contribute to project administration tasks e.g. collating slides for project review meetings, chasing actions, collating metrics.
  • Contribute to the identification of new grants competitions, scope projects and support with bid writing.

Your Background
:
  • Meeting & network event management experience ideally in the FMCG industry.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Team player but can work on own initiative.
  • Experience in IUK grant writing and/or project management for projects funded with IUK grants – preferred.
  • Knowledge of food industry - preferred.
