We have an opportunity for an Event Manager to join our team at Worldwide Events Group Ltd, the company behind m&i, Private Luxury, TFest, and Amour.

About us

Worldwide Events Group Ltd specializes in B2B trade events in the travel and events industry, connecting key players worldwide. We lead in the Meeting & Incentive, Luxury, and Romantic Travel sectors with international events across Europe, North America, and the Middle East.

The role

We are seeking an Event Manager to oversee the planning and execution of large-scale B2B events, develop relationships with high-profile partners, and coordinate with external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Plan, coordinate, and execute large-scale events from inception to completion.
  2. Manage and track event expenses, ensuring budget adherence.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to understand and fulfill their event requirements.
  4. Coordinate attendee communication with the Customer Success team.
  5. Work with event partners to handle logistics efficiently.
  6. Provide onsite logistical support during events, including setup, coordination, and teardown.
  7. Serve as the onsite point of contact, supporting the Senior Event Manager.
  8. Conduct destination research and shortlist venues and partners.
  9. Assist in negotiations with event partners, sponsors, and stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in event planning.
  • Full cycle event management experience.
  • Proven success in managing international events.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines and adapting to changing requirements.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.
  • Experience with cloud collaboration tools like Airtable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
