Royall is seeking an Event Manager / Project Manager in London to own end-to-end delivery of high-stakes live, hybrid and incentive campaigns, managing budgets up to £1m+ and collaborating with in-house film, VR, and production teams.

You will work closely with the London Creative Director, lead on-site execution, and drive client growth while navigating a craft-first studio culture with minimal bureaucracy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of agency experience delivering live events, experiential, or brand activations (£100k-£1m range).
• Sharp commercial eye with rigorous timeline control.
• Deep familiarity with London events landscape and valid UK Right to Work.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Campaign Delivery: Build and run 90-day production timelines and track multi-workstream budgets.
• Supplier & Talent Management: Negotiate with venues, suppliers, unions, and talent under tight deadlines.
• On-Site Execution: Lead live event setups and show days with high brand compliance and UK safety standards.
• Client & Account Growth: Act as a trusted contact for major agency accounts and identify growth opportunities.

We are managing a confidential search for an established global brand experience agency seeking an agency-seasoned Event Manager or Project Manager to join them in London.

The Role

Step into a high-visibility agency role owning the end-to-end delivery of high-stakes live, hybrid, and incentive campaigns (£100k-£1m+). Operating at the heart of London's creative sector, you will collaborate with integrated in-house film, VR, and production specialists while reporting directly to the London Creative Director.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Campaign Delivery: Build and run robust 90-day production timelines, tracking multi-workstream budgets to keep high-profile agency projects on mark.
• Supplier & Talent Management: Negotiate effortlessly with prime UK and international venues, supplier networks, unions, and high-profile talent under tight deadlines.
• On-Site Execution: Lead live event setups and show days, ensuring flawless execution, 95%+ brand compliance, and strict UK safety standards.
• Client & Account Growth: Act as a trusted point of contact for major agency accounts, identifying opportunities for proactive scope expansion and organic growth.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of agency experience delivering multi-workstream experiential, live events, or brand activations (£100k-£1m range).
• A sharp commercial eye, rigorous timeline control, and proven venue/vendor negotiation skills within a fast-paced agency environment.
• Deep familiarity with the London events landscape and valid UK Right to Work.
