Responsibilities:

  • Lead marketing executives and agency to deliver events as below:

Brand and Product Launches

Media/Press launches and events, working closely with PR

Corporate events – Investor/dealer conferences

Brand Activations – in line with brand campaigns and partnerships

Supporting Retailer Marketing to help them localise events into local, especially for product launches.

  • With events playing a key role in the success of brand marketing, the candidate will be required to manage multiple projects at the same time, keeping track of deadlines.
  • Coordinate and report to HQ. Evaluate, raise and deliver localised events.
  • Work closely with marketing, PR, Retail Marketing, social and KOL team for ongoing work to ensure a full 360-marketing strategy has been deployed across the event campaign.
  • Collaborate across departments, with product, dealer network development, aftersales and backend functions.
  • Able to manage multiple stakeholders across internal and external teams, ensuring strong management of people and projects.
  • According to the overall plan for brand activities formulated by the company, set up the detailed event implementation plans.
  • Responsible for the control and coordination of the implementation process of the event to ensure that the project is implemented on time.
  • Responsible for the project summary and market feedback after the event.
  • Able to communicate effectively with Senior Management teams, especially when presenting event plans and walkthroughs.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, major in marketing, event management, communications, project management or business management.
  • Professional experience: more than 5 years of related work experience in OEMs or event agency.
  • Open-minded and a start-up mindset
  • Strong communication and coordination ability, planning ability and execution
  • ability.
  • Strong ability to withstand pressure; strong subjective initiative, daring to innovate and break through.
  • Understanding or experience on Chinese corporate and brand will be a plus.
  • Language requirement: English.
